Working from our Bremen office, Tobias Haas acts for and advises companies and business owners. Alongside advice in business law, his focus areas include providing legal support in corporate transactions, incorporations and transformations. An additional focus is on supporting shareholders in connection with company law disputes. Tobias Haas is a certified specialist in commercial and company law (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht), and is also a civil law notary (Notar). Since 2013, he has additionally been a Member of the Higher Lawyers’ Court (Anwaltsgerichtshof) in Bremen.
