Private and public procurement law

A further focus of our activities is private and public procurement law. We advise both public-sector clients and companies bidding in tendering procedures. Our advice in procurement law covers all industries and sectors, notably including contract award procedures in property and building law, waste management services, healthcare, security and defence, transportation and the maritime sector, where we primarily advise on tendering for offshore services and shipbuilding contracts.

Our advisory services span all aspects of procurement law. This includes preparing calls for tender through to ongoing support throughout the tendering process, for example with the appraisal and/or preparation of procedural objections. Further services consist of preparing and revising tender/bid documents, legal support and representation in review and objection proceedings before public procurement tribunals, higher regional court procurement panels, and civil and administrative courts.
